Information for Vendors

Long Beach, California

California's archivists and other information professionals flock to the annual meeting each year. A big part of the attraction is having the chance to talk with vendors face to face and stay abreast of new and emerging technologies and best practices. Our members appreciate the support shown by so many vendors at past meetings and look forward to a similar level of participation this year.

Ways to Participate


Advertisements

Advertisements in the conference program will reach the entire SCA membership. The program will be distributed electronically to all members and in paper format to all event attendees. In addition, the program will be permanently accessible on calarchivists.org.

Artwork submission deadline: February 11, 2019.

Send advertisements via email attachment (up to 25MB file size) to Kate Dundon at dundon@ucsc.edu. Images intended for publication should be submitted as high-resolution, preferably in TIFF format.

    The vendor exhibit hall is scheduled for two full days this year, when the most members are expected to attend. One or two day options are available for single or double staffed tables.

    Exhibition Dates: April 25-26, 2019 8:00-4:00

    Set-up time: 7:00 am

    Take down time: 4:00 pm


    Shipping instructions:

    You may ship materials to the hotel prior to the event. Please plan for your items to arrive no more than 3 days prior to your arrival. Package handling fees will be applied to your room. ($6 per small or medium box, $25 per large box, $85 per crate, $200 per pallet). Please contact Hilton Long Beach for information regarding package fees.
