It is my pleasure to invite your company to be an exhibitor at the 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Society of California Archivists to be held at the Riverside Marriott, May 7 - 9, 2009. In addition to exhibiting at the conference, you can advertise in the conference program, sponsor breaks, and donate items to the silent auction.

The Annual General Meeting provides SCA members the opportunity to attend workshops and sessions on current archival issues and to meet with other archivists, historians, and librarians as well as other professionals. We are expecting approximately 125 members to attend the 38th Annual General Meeting for 2009.

We appreciate the support shown by so many exhibitors and advertisers over the past years and hope that the same will hold true for the 2009 Annual General Meeting. Vendors will have the opportunity to exhibit on Friday, May 8, 2009. The cost for one full day is $150. These fees do not include lodging, transportation, or materials shipping/handling or storage costs. If you are unable to attend the meeting, we are also offering the opportunity to display promotional materials for $50 for the full conference, at an unattended table.

The costs for advertising in the program are $150 for a full page ad, $125 for a half page, and $50 for a quarter page. If you would like to exhibit or advertise in our program, please fill out the Vendor Registration Form and contact me if you have any questions. Orders for programs ads are due February 16 and booth registration is due April 5.
