Local Places to Eat

The Sonoma culinary scene is world renowned and runs the gamut of cuisines and price points. Below are some local favorites. Most locations are less than a mile away in downtown Santa Rosa. Reservations are highly suggested.

Restaurants identified for Gourmet Night are noted with an asterisk. Gourmet Night is on Friday, April 8 and dinner reservations are for 7:30 pm.  Gourmet Night is a great chance to network with fellow archivists while enjoying the culinary offerings of one of Santa Rosa's highly-recommended restaurants.  It's a rare opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new ones, and maybe even meet your future employer or employee!

Gourmet Night sign-up sheets will be available at the Registration Table in the Hyatt Vineyard Creek; please sign up by 2:00 pm on Friday, April 8.

NOTE: please bring cash with you to Gourmet Night! Credit cards are accepted but some restaurants may not split checks.
